Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential to ensure optimal results and longevity. I use a wet healing method. You will be asked to wipe the brows with a damp cotton pad, dab dry with tissue and then apply a thin layer of the ointment you get after your treatment. If a scab forms, refrain from picking at it as the skin heals. Additionally, sun exposure should be minimized, and sunscreen should be applied regularly to prevent fading of the pigment, also no excessive sweating for the first 8 hours. Healing is usually 3-5 days.

A top up appointment is needed 6-12 weeks after the initial procedure and then an annual colour refresher 10-18 months there after.

Powder Brows

Then the skin is degreased and prepared for the unique skin sensitivity tester. Once we have established the sensitivity of the skin we can decide on which treatment course would be the most beneficial. Once the skin has received all the actives that it needs we finish off with a relaxing massage using rosehip oil followed by moisturiser and SPF. There are add on’s like a Vita C skin booster, which helps with hydration and vibrancy and a fabulous SOS jelly mask that helps calm the skin down.

Aftercare
